Carmel-By-The-Sea - Part 3

Once owned by Clint Eastwood we decided to stop in
and have a drink.

Not crowded at all.

They even had a fire going! Nice.

Small bar. Bartender not too friendly.

This guy was nicer than the staff.

Good beer! We just had the one and left.

This was one of the best meals of the trip.
I thought for sure this was a chain?
I was uncertain, but I was surprised
by how good it was!

Shuckers Ale. Very nice.

Tasty!

I love the quote!

Very nice. No grit.

I had wanted to try an artichoke the whole trip.

Finally!

Crab cake.

Manhattan Clam Chowder.

New England Clam Chowder

Carmel-By-The-Sea is definitely one of my favorite spots to visit.
I hope I get back there soon!

  1. the food sure looks yummy! And the artichoke reminds me that they're starting to appear on the supermarket shelves!!! My favourite vegetable is back for the cold season, yay! :p
